The Moser family has strong ties to Transylvania County, and Scott Moser came here with his family as a child to live in a family home over 100 years old. In 1987 Scott Moser joined his father Bill in the daily operations of Moser Construction. Specializing in custom built and architecturally designed homes, Scott holds an unlimited North Carolina building license, allowing him to build both residential and commercial structures. In Bill’s later years, Scott took the helm of the company as president. Moser Construction strives for a strong emphasis on quality of construction and a solid grounding for communication with clients for a combined goal of customer satisfaction and builder pride. Favorite projects are those that include attention to detail, fine craftsmanship, a flair for ingenuity, and elements of rustic yet elegant mountain living.
